The item must be in its original condition, free from scratches, size alterations, signs of wear, or any damage.

Return Process
1. Obtain Your Return Authorization (RMA) Number
Email us at 📧 israjoyeria2024@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number and further instructions for shipping.
2. Package Your Order
Place the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
Include the RMA number on the receipt and the outside of the package.
Any promotional items or gifts included with the order must be returned; otherwise, the full retail price will apply.
3. Ship Your Return
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service like FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items.
Do not write jewelry-related terms on the package for security purposes.
Refunds and Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 to 12 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Once your order is in process, cancellations may not be possible for custom items. A restocking fee of 6% may apply for canceled orders.
IMPORTANT
Do not send any returns without first receiving an RMA number from us, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Quality Assurance
Isra Jewelry’s Quality Assurance department reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your items have been received and accepted, you will receive full store credit for the cost of the item, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance costs.
If a refund is requested, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please allow 7 to 12 business days after the items have been received for your credit to be processed.
